So I come home and go on my desktop computer, right? With the big monitor?
I look at the pictures I've done during the school year (especially those two faces of Alan and Lance), and they look COMPLETELY different on this monitor than they did on my laptop.
Like, AWFUL. They're yellow and white and bright and awful. The contrast on them is sickening! I mean, my monitor is adjusted to "auto."
Someone needs to tell me what they look like. I want to know what everyone's been seeing as opposed to what I'VE been seeing. After all, I'm going to be working on them this summer from this monitor ('cause it's a 17-incher). Is it the monitor, or is it me?
I'm bummed.
Edit: I'm going to calibrate this monitor to see if it helps. I've had a revelation: everyone sees different colors on their different monitors.

Maybe my monitor is old. It's over 6 years old. But I'd rather end up having the colors be what most people's monitors are. Now, I've always noticed the difference from monitor to monitor -- but NEVER like this. BLAHGEUTGHES
