Rain is still purple

This took me ALL DAY!

I feel like I wasted a day. Of course, I had nothing better to do.


Anyway, this picture reminds me of that one I did "Zhang He looks like Ricky Nelson". Without even going back to look at that picture, I'm almost positive that the face is the same, too.

I guess that's what happens when you don't use a reference.

I had done the flat colors last night, and so today - - for, like, five hours - - I shaded it.

Then, in about seven minutes, I used "brightness/contrast", "curves", and "levels" to make it a little better.

It needs a background. I know. I know it does. But I'm done for today. I give up. Gaaaaah!

Now I think that the other version - the first one I did - looks better.

But I like it.
