So it was supposed to be Uprising Tron and then I realized I mixed up the costumes.

Either way, a much better way to spend my time than drinking and eating cookies!

Okay, I REALLY need to leave this alone now. But the arm -- and if the arms seem long, well, talented Discus throwers tend to have proportionally long arms. And I'd say that Tron counts as a talented discus thrower.
